Arizona and beyond. Build scalable, replicable AI 

infrastructure nodes across multiple markets.

EVC Revive Series — Asset Categories*

Assets are evaluated across three stages:

Confirmed Phase: Clear legal status and control pathway. 

Higher certainty, suitable for early platform nodes.

Restoration Phase: Underperforming assets with strong 

location and use-case potential. Primary opportunity 

for value repositioning through AI and energy upgrades.

Restructuring Phase: Higher volatility, higher potential. 

Requires strict risk controls and clear legal pathway.
