EVC is not a distressed asset fund. Its core direction is to explore how physical property assets, energy systems, edge computing, AI applications, and smart operations can be integrated into a scalable, replicable urban AI infrastructure platform.
Focuses on underutilized and EB-5 related real estate assets in strategic U.S. markets — particularly New York City — repositioned through AI and technology integration to generate operational income and long-term platform value.

Phase I — Demo and Platform Foundation
Flushing, New York. Build the initial Smart Block demo,
validate real-world operating models, and establish
the platform standard for future nodes.
Phase II — New York Expansion and Upgrade
Statewide New York. Scale distressed asset repositioning
through AI integration, energy upgrades, and operational
improvement.
Phase III — AI Infrastructure Platform
Arizona and beyond. Build scalable, replicable AI
infrastructure nodes across multiple markets.

Assets are evaluated across three stages:
Confirmed Phase: Clear legal status and control pathway.
Higher certainty, suitable for early platform nodes.
Restoration Phase: Underperforming assets with strong
location and use-case potential. Primary opportunity
for value repositioning through AI and energy upgrades.
Restructuring Phase: Higher volatility, higher potential.
Requires strict risk controls and clear legal pathway.
